Returns and Refund Policy

One Sunday Round memberships are bespoke products. Each monthly envelope is custom-produced and dispatched specifically for you or your gift recipient, which shapes how we handle returns and refunds.

Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable once a delivery has been shipped. This applies to monthly, 6-month, and 12-month memberships alike.

For monthly memberships, you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. For prepaid 6-month and 12-month memberships, please see our cancellation policy for details on pausing or transferring your membership.

Damaged deliveries

If your envelope arrives damaged — torn artwork, water damage, a crushed scorecard — contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no charge.

Lost or missing deliveries

If your envelope hasn't arrived within 14 days of the dispatch confirmation email, let us know. We'll investigate with the postal service and send a replacement if it can't be located.

Incorrect deliveries

If you receive the wrong envelope, contact us and we'll arrange the correct one to be sent out. There's no need to return the original.

Gifts

If you've received a One Sunday Round membership as a gift and it's not for you, contact us. We can redirect remaining deliveries to a different recipient of the original purchaser's choosing, with their authorization.
