Cancellation Policy

When you purchase a One Sunday Round membership, you'll receive recurring deliveries based on the membership type you select. Your payment details are stored securely, and you'll be charged according to the terms below.

Monthly memberships

Monthly memberships renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through the link in your order confirmation email. If you cancel before your next billing date, you won't be charged again, and you won't receive any further deliveries after your current month ships.

6-month and 12-month memberships

6-month and 12-month memberships are prepaid in full and non-refundable. Because each envelope is custom-produced — including commissioned artwork, printed materials, and individual fulfillment — we're unable to offer partial refunds once a membership has begun.

We do offer two options if your circumstances change:

  • Pause your membership for up to 90 days. Your deliveries will resume where they left off whenever you're ready.
  • Transfer your remaining months to another recipient at any time. Just let us know the new shipping details and we'll redirect future deliveries.

6-month and 12-month memberships are set to auto-renew. We'll send you a reminder before your final delivery so you can choose whether to renew.

Managing your membership

You can manage, pause, transfer, or cancel your membership at any time using the link in your order confirmation email.

Damaged or missing deliveries

If an envelope arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us and we'll send a replacement at no charge. See our returns policy for more details.
