Shipping Policy

Every One Sunday Round envelope is mailed on the 10th of each month via USPS First-Class Mail. Most deliveries arrive within 3-5 business days, though transit times can occasionally stretch to 14 days depending on your location and USPS volume.

Shipping method

We ship via USPS First-Class letter mail. This is a deliberate choice — it keeps shipping costs out of your membership price and suits the envelope format of our deliveries. First-Class Mail does not include tracking.

Dispatch schedule

All envelopes are mailed on the 10th of each month. If the 10th falls on a Sunday or postal holiday, deliveries go out the next business day.

For new memberships, your first envelope ships on the 10th of the month following your order date. For example, an order placed on the 28th will ship on the 10th of that next month; an order placed on the 7th will ship on the 10th of the following month.

Delivery times

Standard delivery is 3-5 business days within the continental United States. In some cases, particularly during peak postal periods or for remote addresses, delivery can take up to 14 days.

Expedited shipping

We don't offer expedited shipping. Our dispatch schedule and shipping method are designed to keep membership costs down and to maintain a consistent monthly rhythm for every subscriber.

Missing deliveries

If your envelope hasn't arrived within 14 days of the 10th, contact us and we'll send a replacement. See our returns and refund policy for full details.

Address changes

To update your shipping address, use the link in your order confirmation email or contact us directly. Address changes must be received by the 5th of the month to take effect for that month's delivery.

International shipping

We currently only offer shipping within the United States. We aim to open international shipping in the coming months.
